Should You Ask for Reviews Face-to-Face or by Text?

Both, and they work best together. A face-to-face ask plants the intention ("do you mind leaving us a quick review?"), and a follow-up text delivers the link so they can actually do it later.

On its own, a verbal ask is easy to forget by the time someone is home; a cold text with no context is easy to ignore. The verbal ask plus a tracked link is the strongest combination.
