When a Customer Reviews the Wrong Business

It happens, especially with similar names or nearby duplicate listings. You cannot move a review, but you can reply politely noting it may be intended for another business, and you can report it to Google if it clearly belongs elsewhere.

Make sure you have only one verified profile and that your review link points to it, so future reviews land in the right place.
