Should You Reply to Every Google Review?
Replying to reviews is good practice and Google encourages it, it shows you are engaged and can nudge ranking slightly. You do not have to reply to literally every one, but aim to reply to all negatives and a good share of positives.
Keep replies short and genuine; avoid copy-paste responses, which read as robotic.
